Welcome — I’m Nikki Grass, a Body Control Pilates teacher and Certified Back4Good® and Bone Health Practitioner. I teach calm, strength-building Pilates with clear, precise cueing to help you feel stronger, more aligned and more at ease in everyday movement.

What I offer

Small group classes

  1. Flowing, full-body Pilates classes with small groups (10-12 people) and supportive, precision-led cueing.
    Avaiable in person in Hammersmith.

  2. BoneDensity Training classes live on Zoom to build resilient bone mass - a compliment to your Pilates practice.

Private Pilates 1:1 Sessions

Tailored sessions in person or online, ideal if you’re returning to exercise, have a medical condition, or are new to Pilates.

Back Health Support - 6 Week Programme

A structured, one-to-one programme for anyone recovering from back pain.

FAQs

  • I teach group classes in Hammersmith W6, just on border with Chiswick W4.. I am also contracted with a couple of membership clubs and teach Pilates classes in Notting Hill, W11, Chiswick W4, Fulham W6 and Acton W3.

    For home visits and private Pilates I teach locally from W12 into nearby areas of W11, W3, W4, W6, Fulham SW6 and Kensington W8.

    I also teach Bone Density Training online.

  • Yes, I offer a structured course of 6 one-to-one sessions in my Healthy Back Programme. It can be in person or online.

  • Yes. I observe my clients closely and provide clear instructions, adapting exercises as required.
